We provide training to our customers at our workshop while the test vehicles for certification is being prepared. The current trainings are provided for the regulations R14, R16, R80 and R107 , as well as for the School buses.

Teknova Co. Ltd. Provides its services for obtaining the Serie Alteration Certificates from TSE – Turkish Institute of Standarts.

Our company is proud to be the very first in Turkiye in maintaining its activities since Feb. 2009 in the boundries of regulations R14, R16, R80 and R107 appendix 8.

PPERARING OF INDIVIDUAL ALTERATION PROJECTS :

We can list the individual alteration projects as following : school vehicles, decreasing of seat capacity, air-condition, auto door systems, front & rear barriers, chassis modifications and etc …

SERIE ALTERATION PROJECTS :

Teknova Co. Ltd. Provides the following ;

• The customer with its staff members and the vehicle are invited to the workshop of Teknova Co. Ltd.
• Vehicle floor is prepared together with trainning of the customer’s staff .
• Necessary tests applied to the vehicle floor after completion of the floor structure.
• After completion of the floor tests, the vehicle is prepared accordance with R107 & R107 appendix 8.
• Finalised vehicles are put against R107 & R107 appendix 8 controls as well as the test of stability (tilting up to 28 degrees).
• After completion of the tests & controls, the technical documentation files are prepared and sent to teccnical service departments.
• Related technical service department prepares the final reports for the presantation of all files to TSE – Turkish Institute of Standarts for the final check-up.
• The test vehicle is control by TSE-Turkish Instıtute of Standarts for the final approval, and if all is OK, the Serie Alteration Certificate is obtained.

NOTE : WE GUARANTEE CERTIFICATION AT FIRST APPLICATION.
